Once the item arrives back to me, I'll issue a refund. Send your item to that address in its original condition - unworn and unwashed. When we agree on return, I'll provide you with the return address. Please keep in mind that I can't issue a refund on a custom made item (made as per your measurements or design preferences) however I'll be happy to fix the item for you if needed.
